enrich user experience, faster photo uploads, video chat and the
updates timeline similar to facebook.
I think Inclusion of activity and updates timeline on user profile was
the real need. Now, you will no more need to browse communities for
new events and discussions and you get nearly everything about what
your friends are doing in the activity stream so, just comment there
itself.
The overall page has been designed neatly with a view to reduce clicks
and get the maximum out of Live Feed activity on your Homepage itself.
Moving between tabs is now improved giving it a smooth effect unlike
older version of orkut. In addition to it, you get a selection of 6
new colors on new design to choose from.
